Tinderbox is ready with the full lineup for this year’s festival

With the addition of the two Danish singers Oh Land and Stine Bramsen, Denmark’s Tinderbox reveals the full 2023-lineup.

Each year, Denmark’s Tinderbox festival gathers around 45.000 people in the city of Odense, which was recently included in the New York Times’ list of 52 places to visit in 2023.

The festival takes place from June 22^nd – 24^th and has previously presented acts like Miley Cyrus, Neil Young, A$AP Rocky, Imagine Dragons, Lana Del Rey, Billie Eilish, The Prodigy, Muse, and Calvin Harris.

This year, the festival has announced headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas, as well as Armin van Buuren who’ll be headlining the electronic stage Magicbox. They’re joined by a string of other acts – established and emerging ones – like George Ezra, Dean Lewis, Lukas Graham, Mimi Webb, Cat Burns, Gogol Bordello, bbno$, Dylan, Oliver Malcolm and many more. Today, the festival has announced the final two additions to the lineup.

Electropop artist Oh Land has lived several years in New York where she’s worked with the likes of Pharrell Williams, John Legend, and Sia, and she’s racked up millions of streams with singles like “White Nights”, “Sun of a Gun”, and “Speak out Now”.

Stine Bramsen was first known as one of the lead singers in Alphabeat – a Danish band that earned critical acclaim from medias like The New York Times and The Guardian for their playful pop expressed through singles like “Fascination” and “10.000 Nights”. Stine Bramsen released her first solo album in 2015 and just released her well-received second full-length record Blonde & Blank last year.

On the Tinderbox 2023-lineup, festival CEO Brian Nielsen says:

– Last year, we broke records at Tinderbox, and we’ve tried our very best to give back to our loyal guests by chasing some of the world’s biggest acts. With this in mind, we’re extremely proud of presenting this year’s headliners Red Hot Chili Peppers, Maroon 5, and Black Eyed Peas, who’ve all played a big role in shaping the international rock and pop scene. Also, attracting one of the best DJs in the world Armin van Buuren for our unique space at Magicbox is truly an achievement for us. Finally, we are also inviting our guests to be curious on new music and explore the emerging acts, that we believe have the potential to become the next big thing, whether they hail from Denmark or other parts of the world.

More than music

While Tinderbox is primarily three days of music, the festival has much more to offer. Since Tuesday, the festival has revealed the lineup for the comedy stage which will be guested by some of Denmark´s most famous comedians as well as the lineup for the 90’s and 2000-infused Dance-nostalgia concept Groovebox.

Tickets for Tinderbox 2023 are on sale at tinderbox.dk. The prices will increase on April 11^th at 11.59 pm CET.
