In accordance with the listing agreement with Nasdaq Stockholm, Duni AB hereby also announces, by issuing a press release, the content of the notice concerning Duni’s Annual General Meeting on May 3, 2016.
Due to the fact that Anders Bülow has declined re-election, the Nomination Committee proposes that Magnus Yngen be elected the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Duni. The Nomination Committee also recommends that Johan Andersson be elected as a new Board member of Duni.

Duni subsidiary Rexcell Tissue & Airlaid AB will invest approximately 110 MSEK, upgrading their two tissue machines in Skåpafors, Sweden. The investment will increase the tissue capacity at Rexcell by approximately 15% annually.
On 5 May 2015, Duni AB's Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) in Malmö approved the proposed dividend to shareholders of SEK 4.50 per share.
