Ejendals Group AB makes a strategic investment in Voxear Technologies AB
Ejendals Group AB has made a strategic investment in Voxear Technologies AB, acquiring a 30% ownership stake. Voxear focuses on in-ear hearing protection with integrated communication. The investment creates a foundation for collaboration and future development within advanced safety solutions.
Voxear is a Swedish safety tech company based in Lidingö, just outside Stockholm. Founded in 2020, the company has developed Voxear™ Protect, an award-winning product that combines effective hearing protection with crystal-clear communication. Since launching its first product in early 2025, Voxear has established distribution with key partners in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Spain, with plans to further expand its reach and product portfolio in the coming years.
Voxear’s goal is to provide professional users with advanced hearing protection combining clear communication, high comfort and thoughtful design. The company aims to establish a premium position in the European market for in-ear hearing protection and become a leading choice for professionals in demanding work environments.
Although Ejendals has invested in Voxear, both companies will continue to operate as separate organisations, each maintaining its own structure and business operations. This ensures that both companies can preserve their individual strengths and areas of expertise.
At the same time, Ejendals and Voxear will collaborate in areas where cooperation creates value, including sharing knowledge, exploring new technologies, and identifying business opportunities that benefit both companies.
