Glitter strengthens its position in the market – acquires Handsmakar ́n and Don Donna

To further broaden its range, Glitter is buying the brands Don Donna and Handsmakar ́n from Rizzo Group AB through the parent company Bergendahls. Two well-known brands that strengthen Glitter's position in the market.

  • “We want to be the obvious choice when it comes to jewellery, hair and accessories and we see great potential in these brands to improve our offering to customers. It feels very good and is a natural step on our journey of growth,” says Susanne Börjesson, CEO of Glitter.

Glitter, which is already strong in its segment, aims to grow through product range development. The deal with Rizzo AB is therefore in line with the growth strategy that the company is working towards.

  • “Of course, it feels great to have the opportunity to acquire these brands. We are undergoing strong development in Glitter right now and look forward to launching Don Donna and Handsmakar’n in our stores,” says Susanne Börjesson.
