    The Schaeffler Group has been recognized by the global not-for-profit environmental organization CDP for its leadership in disclosure and performance relating to climate change and water security. Schaeffler has improved its score from “A-” to “A” regarding both climate change and water security, an achievement that puts it among just a handful of the companies.

    Schaeffler strengthens industrial business with acquisition of CERASPIN

    The automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler has signed a contract with the CERATIZIT Group for the acquisition of CERASPIN. Based in Livange, Luxembourg, CERASPIN has over 25 years’ experience in the development and production of premium ceramic products, the majority of which are processed into rolling elements for various bearing applications.

    Schaeffler delivers encouraging strong 3rd quarter in difficult environment

    Global automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler has presented its interim statement for the first nine months of 2022. The Schaeffler Group’s revenue for the reporting period amounted to 11,790 million euros (prior year: 10,346 million euros). The 8.7 percent constant-currency growth in revenue compared to the prior year period was largely attributable to higher volumes.

    Schaeffler delivers solid results in challenging environment

    Global automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler published its interim financial report for the first half of 2022 today. The Schaeffler Group’s revenue for the first six months amounted to 7,548 million euros (prior year: 7,014 million euros). The 3.1 percent constant-currency increase in revenue compared to the prior year period was mostly attributable to favorable price realization.
