    Merger of Vitesco Technologies Group AG into Schaeffler AG successfully completed

    Today, 1 October, Schaeffler has successfully completed the merger with Vitesco, that was announced almost a year ago. At the same time, the conversion of Schaeffler’s non-voting common shares into common shares with full voting rights was completed. With that, Schaeffler has successfully completed the transaction with Vitesco – as announced – in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Revenue for the first three months was 4,085 million euros and thus remained approximately flat with prior year at constant currency (4,152 million euros).     Schaeffler Group improves profitability in 2023

    Schaeffler AG published its results for 2023 today. The Schaeffler Group’s revenue for the year amounted to 16.3 billion euros (prior year: 15.8 billion euros). Revenue grew by 5.8 percent at constant currency, in line with the guidance for 2023 [revenue growth of 5 to 8 percent]. The constant-currency increase in revenue in 2023 is mainly attributable to increased volumes.

    Schaeffler reports strong third quarter despite challenging market conditions

    Schaeffler AG published its results for the first nine months of 2023. The Schaeffler Group’s revenue for the reporting period amounted to 12,270 million euros (prior year: 11,790 million euros). The 6.6 percent constant-currency increase in revenue compared to the prior-year period was especially attributable to higher volumes at all divisions.

    Schaeffler and H2 Green Steel intensify cooperation

    Schaeffler, the motion technology company, and Swedish startup H2 Green Steel have decided to intensify their already close partnership. The two companies made the decision in the course of a recent equity funding round, in which Schaeffler agreed to invest a further 65 million euros, a significant increase that takes its total stake to 100 million euros.

    Schaeffler raises overall Group guidance for 2023 following robust second quarter

    Schaeffler AG published its interim financial report for the first half of 2023 today. The Schaeffler Group’s revenue for the first six months amounted to 8,208 million euros (prior year: 7,548 million euros). The 10.1 percent constant-currency increase in revenue in the first half of 2023 was primarily attributable to growing volumes at the Automotive divisions.

    Schaeffler further strengthens industrial business with purchase of Ewellix Group

    The automotive and industrial supplier Schaeffler has signed an agreement with an affiliate of Triton Fund V for the acquisition of the Ewellix Group. The purchase of the global manufacturer and supplier of linear technology components and systems, which is still conditional on regulatory scrutiny and approval, strengthens Schaeffler’s market position, particularly in the linear business.
