Eutelsat conclut un accord avec SpeedCast pour céder sa participation dans WINS
Eutelsat Communications (NYSE Euronext Paris: ETL) et SpeedCast International Limited (ASX : SDA) annoncent la signature d’un accord portant sur la cession à SpeedCast de la participation de 70% d’Eutelsat dans la société WINS Limited. Le prix de cession est fondé sur une valeur d’entreprise totale d’approximativement 60 millions d’euros.
