Greencarrier Group strengthens its business by adding Maritime Transport & Agencies group of companies to its offer

The owners of Maritime Freight in Gothenburg AB, including subsidiaries, have on the 3rd of April 2018, come to an agreement to sell the majority of its shares to Greencarrier Group.

The Maritime Freight in Gothenburg AB who owns Maritime Transport & Agencies (MTA) will be transitioned to Greencarrier Group. The business will continue to operate in the MTA brand, separately from the current business areas of Greencarrier. MTA is mainly focusing on LCL –Less than container load, as agent for Vanguard.

The present owners of Maritime Freight in Gothenburg AB and Greencarrier Group are positive about this transaction and agree that the MTA group of companies will be able to develop the business successfully through joint forces and shared competence with Greencarrier Group.
