日立がシンガポール・セントーサ開発公社よりモノレール「セントーサエクスプレス」の都市交通向け無線信号システム(CBTC)および車両を受注
株式会社日立製作所(執行役社長兼COO:東原 敏昭／以下、日立)は、アジア地域統括会社であるHitachi Asia Ltd. (取締役社長:森崎 裕彦)を通じて、シンガポール共和国(以下、シンガポール)のセントーサ開発公社(Sentosa Development Corp.／以下、SDC)より、都市交通向け無線信号システム(CBTC*1)および車両2両(1編成)を約3,000万シンガポールドル(約27億円)にて受注しました。セントーサエクスプレスは、2017年10月末から、改修後のCBTCシステムでの運行開始を予定しています。
