EOVENDO leaves Lars Larsen Group

JYSK, ILVA, Bolia.com and SengeSpecialisten are names that most people associate with the family-owned Lars Larsen Group, which was founded by businessman Lars Larsen and owns and invests in a number of companies.
Despite a lot of challenges JYSK reached the highest turnover ever during the financial year 2019/20.
As of 1 January 2022, all new wooden products launched in JYSK will be FSC certified. By the end of 2024, all wood products in JYSK will be made from FSC certified wood
After a financial year that has been significantly negatively affected by the global COVID-19 crisis, Lars Larsen Group is now investing DKK 400 million into the company behind HimmerLand
Current CEO of Backtee, Thomas Knudsen, will become the future owner and sole responsible for the future development of the company. For almost 25 years, Lars Larsen Group has owned the Silkeborg based company, Backtee, which sell golf clothes and golf equipment worldwide.
On 29 May the exclusive Danish lighting company ONEA will sign an agreement with Lars Larsen Group. Under the agreement, Lars Larsen Group acquires 30% of ONEA A/S’ shareholding.
On 3 June 2020, JYSK will open the company’s first store in Russia, when customers are welcomed in the store in Trojka, Moscow.
On 22 May, JYSK will open the doors to the first store in the Republic of Azerbaijan
Despite the crisis caused by coronavirus, there are no plans to downgrade ambitions at Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort – from 8 May, simply HimmerLand.
During April 2020, JYSK will begin building a new distribution centre in Ecser, Hungary. When in operation, the distribution centre will employ around 300 people and further strengthen the company’s logistics setup in Europe.
With earnings before tax of 499 million EUR, the financial year 2018/19 was the best ever for Lars Larsen Group.
