LeadDesk and Freespee announce cooperation that brings inbound phone calls into the online marketing equation.
Advanced inbound contact centers are looking to maximize their knowledge about the entire customer journey – to personalize the user experience and increase conversion rates. Freespee use online user intelligence to turn inbound calls into marketing data, including visibility into the customer’s online journey. The data is routed to leading marketing tools to automatically improve marketing decision-making.
