Systecon joins forces with software investor Monterro to accelerate market expansion in aerospace and defense

Monterro, the leading growth investor in Nordic B2B software companies, has acquired a majority share in Systecon, a global software company head quartered in Stockholm that specializes in life cycle management and optimization within aerospace and defense.

Systecon empowers aerospace and defense leaders with data-driven decision-making

Systecon’s Opus Suite software helps leaders in aerospace, defense, and other industries such as transportation and renewables make smarter decisions about how to design, deploy, operate, and maintain advanced technical systems.

Founded in 1970, Systecon has established itself as a global leader in decision support software for aerospace and defense. Its Opus Suite product portfolio offers broad capabilities for modelling, optimizing and simulating performance, availability and costs of advanced technical systems during their entire lifecycle. Systecon’s new Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Anders Carlsson as the company’s CEO, effective immediately. The Board is confident that under his direction, the company will continue to deliver on its growth strategy and strengthen its position as a leader in global lifecycle management solutions.
