    After an extensive process, the Board has named Hege Yli Melhus Ask (44) as the new group CEO of NHST Media Group. She joins NHST from the position as Executive Vice President of the Norwegian stock exchange traded insurance company Gjensidige where she has been a member of the management group and responsible for the business area Private since 2011.

    NHST Media Group has today signed an agreement to purchase an additional 1,723,960 shares in Mynewsdesk AB, amounting to 30.52% of the total share capital of the company. After this NHST Media Group has an ownership share of 87.02% in Mynewsdesk AB. An offer is outstanding on the remaining shares in the company.
