Cathrine Stange appointed new CEO of Bergans

The Board of Directors of Bergans Fritid AS has appointed Cathrine Stange as the new CEO of Bergans. Stange holds a degree in business and economics as well as an MBA, and brings extensive leadership experience from branded consumer goods, retail and textile manufacturing in Norway and internationally.

Following a thorough recruitment process, Cathrine Stange has been appointed as the new CEO of the Bergans Group. She succeeds Silje Garberg Ree, who has led the company for the past two years. Stange will assume her new role on 1 October 2026.
