CBK Becomes Part of EET Group

CBK has been acquired by EET Norge AS and becomes part of one of Europe’s leading distribution companies within security, ProAV, and network infrastructure. The acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for CBK, our employees, suppliers, and customers.

No Changes to Daily Operations

In the near term, operations will continue as normal. Existing agreements, points of contact, and deliveries will not be affected as a result of the acquisition. Customers will receive ongoing information if any changes relevant to them arise.
