Evyon and Integrate Renewables sign Letter of Intent for battery collaboration

Evyon and Integrate Renewables (IR) have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to collaborate on deploying Evyon’s planet-friendly battery energy storage systems into IR’s renewable energy solutions for commercial & industrial customers. The agreement outlines the intention of IR to source 5 MWh of battery systems from Evyon during 2023, following the testing of Evyon’s Industrial Battery System in IR’s iRene Kraftcontainer during Q1 of 2023.

Integrate Renewables (IR) engineers, installs and maintains renewable energy solutions such as solar power, battery technology and other energy systems, and is one of the leading renewable energy system integrators in Norway. IR’s mobile energy storage system (iRene Kraftcontainer) is in high demand in the market, and integrating Evyon’s Industrial Battery System allows IR to serve more customers, with a higher quality and more sustainable product.

The agreement between Evyon and IR presents a great opportunity for both parties as they will work together on integrating Evyon’s planet-friendly battery system with IR’s mobile energy product. Through this collaboration, Evyon gains a rapidly-growing customer, while IR gains a solid supplier of high-quality sustainable battery systems.

Integrate Renewable’s Founder and CEO, Thomas Flinskau, is excited to get going: “We see a strong demand for battery systems in the market, and Evyon’s sustainable batteries appear to be a great match for our iRene Kraftkontainer. We are happy with the opportunity to offtake 5 MWh worth of battery systems, allowing us to build another 15 containers that our customers are already asking us for''.

Ralph Groen, Evyon’s Chief Commercial Officer comments: “This LOI represents a great achievement for the Evyon team, and a fantastic vote of confidence from Integrate Renewables in the product we are developing. Upon successful testing of our Pilot battery system early 2023, we look forward to becoming a trusted supplier of high quality battery systems for Integrate Renewables''.

Evyon and Integrated Renewables aim to achieve a prominent position in a high-growth market that is estimated to surpass 10.8 billion dollars by 2026. The collaboration agreement between the companies will enable them to achieve their common goal, to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and will build a greener future through innovation and technology.
