GP’s ReCyko Pro Charger Range wins Red Dot for outstanding design quality

The ReCyko Pro Charger Range has recently been awarded the “Red Dot” for its innovative and outstanding product design. 

Judged by an international panel of product design specialists from a wide array of sectors, the winning range excelled against the assessment criteria of design quality, ergonomics and longevity.

Launched in 2020, the ReCyko Pro Charger Range comprises a 4-slot USB charger and 4/8-slot charger dock products targeting enthusiasts and professionals who are heavy rechargeable battery users in need of a quick charge. Used in tandem, the charger and charger dock form an appealing charging ecosystem unique to the industry. 

The signature vertical charging design conserves valuable desk space whilst presenting the charging products in an attractive and functional display. Sleek and portable, the range is compact compared with other charger products on the market, and the refined design forms integrate well with any home, studio or workshop environment. 

The distinct perforated cover of the Pro Charger doubles up as a sleek battery case, keeping batteries protected at home or on the go.

The ReCyko Pro Charger delivers the ultimate charging performance, charging two batteries in just 1.3 hours. The dual colour LED display and auto cut-off functions provide total control and safety to go along with the reduced charging time. 

The ReCyko Pro Charger Dock presents a more convenient way to charge and provides advanced features that will take optimal care of batteries including battery refreshing and conditioning, as well as battery capacity check through its smart LCD display.

The ReCyko Pro Charger range is included in the online exhibition on the Red Dot website from 21 June 2021. After then, it will be displayed in the “Design on Stage” exhibition in the Red Dot Design Museum Essen, where all the award-winning products are showcased.
