It's for realz happening, Perezcious people!!! We had heard about Rihanna hitting the studio with Shakira, and now we can start shaking our hips because these ladiez WILL drop a collaboration! And it's coming sooner than you might think! RiRi revealed delicious deets about the collab via Twitter.
 
Next week!!! Those lovely ladiez will be bringing their seksi sounds to us in one week! And the title?? It sounds super mysterious and fierce! We haven't heard any of the song yet, but we can already tell it's going to be HAWT…and hopefully performed on The Voice when Shakira returns next season. Puh-lease!

Shakira & Rihanna's 'Can't Remember To Forget' Single Out Next Monday

One of the more anticipated single releases of our young year, Shakira's first single from her upcoming spring album, now has a launch date. "Can't Remember To Forget," featuring Rihanna, will be unveiled next Monday (Jan. 13).
 
The new single was previously confirmed to be dropping January, but Rihanna revealed the release date on Twitter on Monday morning (Jan. 6). Last month, Shakira and Rihanna were reportedly in Los Angeles filming the new song's music video with director Joseph Kahn.
 
Shakira's forthcoming studio album -- her first English-language effort since 2009's "She Wolf" -- is due out this spring on RCA/Sony Latin Iberia. The Colombian singer-songwriter will also be returning to NBC's "The Voice" as a coach this spring.
 
"Can't Remember To Forget" will follow another high-profile feature for Rihanna -- Eminem's "The Monster," which spent a fourth frame atop the Hot 100 chart last week.

Rihanna x Shakira? You bet! The song, ‘Can’t Remember to Forget,’ drops Jan. 13. It was initially revealed to be landing on Jan. 14, but RiRi tweeted it’s coming a day early.
It’s Shakira’s new single from her upcoming RCA album and it features Rihanna, to clarify. Pitbull actually spilled the beans about the collabo, since he had targeted RiRi for his smash ‘Timber’ initially but she was tied up with Shak. Not that way, either!
 
That’s some powerhouse pop divadom on one song. We’re going lose our minds and forget to remember. Or remember to forget!
 
Whatever. Shihanna or Rikira is on its way.
 
Rihanna is enjoying a No. 1 smash right now in the form of ‘The Monster,’ her second collabo with Eminem, following ‘Love the Way You Lie.’ We didn’t think they could top their previous effort, but fans and radio love the track, sending it right to No. 1 for many weeks. It’s worth noting that ‘Timber,’ the song Pit wanted RiRi for, is lodged at No. 2. So if she had done that song, she’d had two hits battling for No. 1.
Even so, she was meant to work with Shak and we’re dying to hear it.
