Scandinavian Functional Beverage NOA Relaxation Wins Global Award for Best Bottle Design

NOA Relaxation, the fastest growing functional beverage in Scandinavia, won Best New Packaging Design at the 2016 World Food Innovation Awards (WFIA) in London yesterday.

“We are so glad that the WFIA, and people in general, recognize how much love and effort we put into making a beautiful bottle design that communicates both nature and relaxation,” said Noa Fridmark, CEO and co-founder. “We wanted to package the feeling of calmness inspired by my island home in the Stockholm archipelago, both with the bottle’s design but also with the drink’s function—it’s really like meditation in a bottle!”

Inspired by Scandinavian nature, NOA Relaxation is a functional beverage that utilizes natural ingredients, including L-theanine and lemon balm, which helps people cope with stress and maintain focus. Completely GMO and preservative-free, the beverage is currently available in three flavors: Elderflower & Rhubarb, Blueberry & Birch Sap, and Wild Apple & Gooseberry.

Hosted by FoodBev Media, the World Food Innovation Awards are designed to celebrate excellence and innovation across every category of the global food industry. The expert judging panel analyzed over 240 entries from 25 countries in 20 categories. Hosted at the Hotelympia in London, the biannual event ranks itself as one of the biggest finished product food and beverage trade shows in Europe.
