BagoSphere introduced at Contact Centre Association of Singapore (CCAS) Symposium 2011

On the October 19th and 20th, the Contact Centre Association of Singapore organized its annual symposium on the topic of “Implementing and Communicating Strategic value of the Contact Centre”. The event was attended from delegates from South East Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam.
The symposium covered several topics, including People Management, Technology, Systems and Designing and Delivering the Service Experience to meet business and operational challenges in the region and Asia Pacific, at large. At this year's symposium, the discussions centered upon cloud strategies specific to the Contact Centre, Workforce 2020, recruitment and retention and alternative platforms.
BagoSphere was privileged to have Elizabeth Prakasam introduce BagoSphere to the delegates. Elizabeth is on the board of advisors of BagoSphere and has been instrumental in connecting BagoSphere to the call center industry in Singapore and the Philippines. Zhihan Lee, one of the co-founder of BagoSphere then gave a talk on how the contact centre industry can catalyze a movement in empowering thousands of youths out of poverty in rural Philippines.
