Innovation360 Australia is headed by Peter Glasheen, first Master Black Belt within the group, and flanked by AJ Kennedy, an ideation expert who was most recently Director Innovation Management – APAC Region for the Spigit Ideation platform. Prior to this, Glasheen built up the innovation management firm Stratovation, which is now merging with Innovation360 Australia to form the backbone of the new initiative.

Innovation360´s leading ideation platform, Ideation360®, will be supported by the new Australian hub as a step in serving the ever-increasing demand for artificial intelligence-driven ideation as a service. By forming an ideation methodology and tool specialist team, Innovation360 has strengthened its position as an expert in ideation and innovation management. With the consolidation and global rollout of Innovation360, Ideation360 is now part of a product portfolio covering all stages of the innovation process rather than a separate entity. Sofie Lindblom, who has served as MD of Ideation360, has done a great job in building the first step in the commercialization has now decided to work outside the group and continue her innovation journey.
