Fish
According to the Swedish National Food Agency’s recommendation, it’s good for both children and adults to eat fish 2 – 3 times a week, and to choose different types of fish.
Some types of fish may unfortunately contain excessive levels of pollutants such as dioxins, PCBs and mercury.
I’m not going to recommend which fish you should choose. Rather, I advise you to refer to the current guidelines in your country and in the area where you live. Check with your well baby clinic/pediatrician or the food standards agency in your country for accurate information.
