Baffin Bay Networks Appoints Stefan Lindeberg as New Chairman of the Board

Baffin Bay Networks, a Swedish cyber security startup based in Stockholm, today announced the appointment of Stefan Lindeberg as new Chairman of the Board. Stefan joined the company as Senior Advisor earlier in 2017.

“I’m looking forward to take on the role and be a part of Baffin Bay Networks journey”, says Stefan Lindeberg. “Over the years I’ve met with many companies, and I see a lot of potential in Baffin Bay Networks; the products, the team, the passion. I’m excited about what we can accomplish together”, says Stefan Lindeberg.

Stefan Lindeberg is a well known profile in the Swedish startup and Internet community. In a career spanning over 30 years, he has held senior roles at companies such as IBM, Cisco and Microsoft. Most notably, he co-funded Creandum, a major Swedish VC fund. He has proven boardroom leadership experience from infrastructure companies such as Edgeware, Transmode and Netnod, and has also served on the Board of Fatshark and Starcounter for several years.

“Stefan Lindeberg brings significant expertise to Baffin Bay Networks, he possesses a deep know how of the startup scene, which we value tremendously. His engagement, and the fact that he is heavily involved with the day to day operations, will play an important role for our coming investment plans and future growth”, says Joakim Sundberg, CEO and Founder of Baffin Bay Networks.
