The Nomination Committee of Mycronic has been expanded

The Nomination Committee of Mycronic has earlier been appointed in accordance with the AGM resolutions. Due to that AP4 has increased its holdings in Mycronic to 5,4 percent of the total number of shares in November 2015, the Nomination Committee has decided to expand the number of members for the AGM 2016.

AP4 is represented by Thomas Ehlin, Corporate Governance.
