LK is expanding its range of thermic loading valves – with the adjustable LK 823 ThermoVar® R
LK is launching a new series of thermic loading valves, the LK 823 ThermoVar® R. This new model is a 3-way thermic loading valve for connecting biofuel boilers to storage tanks. The valve has an adjustable temperature range of between 55 and 70°C.
The LK 823 ThermoVar®R is designed to ensure optimal temperature stratification in the storage tank and a high return temperature to the boiler, thus increasing the system’s efficiency. Tarring and condensation are prevented, which prolongs boiler life. The valve is regulated at two ports, which means that no throttle valve is needed in the circulation line between the boiler and the loading valve.
“Thanks to its adjustable temperature range, the LK 823 ThermoVar® R simplifies the choice of product for the installer,” says Lars Adolfsson, product manager at LK Armatur.
The LK 823 ThermoVar® R is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand mounting and can also be fitted with insulation.
