TÜV-certified with flying colours

Online marketplace maschinensucher.de is the world's first TÜV-certified trading platform for used machines. In the test, which was requested voluntarily and conducted by the TÜV in Saarland last June, Maschinensucher achieved a top score of 1.8.

“Our service and performance are very important to us, which is why we asked the TÜV to conduct a survey of our customers. The result of the test is excellent," says Maschinensucher Founder and CEO Thorsten Muschler.

The participating dealers declared themselves to be very satisfied with the online marketplace in the "Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality" section of the survey. "Our team makes all the difference," says Muschler, praising his staff.

Every single one of Maschinensucher's 5,000 registered dealers has a personal customer service contact. "Personally, I don't like anonymous call centres," comments Muschler, explaining his motivation. "We can also learn a great deal by listening to customer feedback."

Traders advertise their machines all over the world using the portals of the European market leader. The assortment of used machines on offer is extremely wide, ranging from a drill for 150 euros to a rectified spirit distillation plant for 8.3 million euros. Traders pay per listing – Maschinensucher charges no sales commission.
