Swedavia publishes Annual and Sustainability Report for 2018

Swedavia’s Annual and Sustainability Report 2018 is now available in Swedish on Swedavia’s website. The report describes the company’s sustainability work, development last year and financial position at year-end.

Swedavia is developing the airports of the future. The company is entrusted with the task of operating and developing the ten airports included in Sweden’s national basic infrastructure and contributing to good access for Sweden and for the country’s different regions

Swedavia’s president and CEO, Jonas Abrahamsson:

”Swedavia makes it possible for people to meet. That is the very purpose of our operations, and we are proud of that. In 2018, we successfully continued to enhance access through new routes, while passenger growth at our airports slowed. During the last quarter of the year, we even saw a decrease for the first time in many years. Meanwhile, we have made great advances in our development programmes and in our work to create the conditions needed for a transformation of the air transport industry in order to tackle climate change.”

The combined Annual and Sustainability Report has been produced in accordance with regulatory requirements and generally accepted standards. The Sustainability Report has been prepared in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative Standards guidelines.

The Swedish report can be downloaded at www.swedavia.se/om-swedavia/finansiell-information/
An English version of the report will be available in April 2019.
