Testbirds recognized as one of the most innovative companies in Germany

Munich, 4th of March 2020 –Capital, one of the leading publications in the field of business and society, and Statista, a German online portal for statistics, have recognized the Munich-based testing specialist Testbirds as one of the most innovative companies in Germany. Capital and Statista have identified the pioneers of intelligent products and services, process innovations, and corporate culture in a complex process.

Together with the data analysis company Statista, Capital has recognized the most innovative companies in Germany for the first time this year. Statista has carried out this survey annually since 2014. This time, the selection process started with a list of 1,781 companies with headquarters or branches in Germany, which appeared to be particularly innovative. Each company was assigned to one of 20 different industries. Finally, the companies were sorted into three size categories according to number of employees. This "longlist" was presented to a panel of experts. The panel consisted of representatives of excellently innovative companies on the one hand, and members of the Statista “Expert Circle” on the other. Throughout the selection process, a total of 3,042 industry experts in management positions participated. A complete list of the 442 winners can be found here (in German) – including the Munich-based testing specialist. In the "Internet, Media & Communication" category, Testbirds is one of the 47 most innovative companies in Germany. The award is not only an honor for Testbirds, but also for Munich, which was recognized as the most innovative location in Germany, followed by Berlin.

"We are delighted to be recognized as one of the most innovative companies in Germany by Capital and Statista," said Philipp Benkler, founder and CEO of Testbirds, particularly referring to the corporate culture that made this success possible. "It shows us that we’re on the right track with our innovation strategy and unique corporate culture, which motivates us to continue on this path in the future. We allow scope for creativity and self-initiative and support the personal success of each individual. The award also speaks for the excellent reputation we enjoy on the market. We see it as our obligation to always offer our customers up-to-date and innovative testing solutions in order to further optimize the user experience of their digital products. Congratulations to the entire Testbirds team, in which everyone contributes to make our innovative power possible."
