Pink Programming is a volunteer-driven organization with the goal to increase the number of female programmers. No prerequisites are required to attend and all levels are welcome. At the end of the day you will be able to run your own code on a real robot and test the interaction with it.

This will be the first and exclusive appearance in Holland for Tengai. The speech will cover the subject of bias in recruitment, especially during the interview phase, but also how a social interview robot like Tengai can mitigate bias. Here Tengai's CEO Elin Öberg Mårtenzon will partake in the debate "Robots vs. humans – which is best for interviewing" together with Nick Livingstone of HoneIT. Conference participants will also be able to meet the Tengai-team and say hi to Tengai themselves as the social AI-interview robot will be on display during some of the event.
