Delphi advised Adven in the acquisition of Enycon AB
Delphi has advised the energy company Adven in the acquisition of the heating company Enycon AB.
Enycon was founded in Sweden in 2010 and owns and operates 16 facilities across Sweden. Enycon’s business concept is to provide customers with safe and environmentally friendly heating solutions as well as complete solutions for heating services.
Adven is a comprehensive energy partner that delivers energy solutions and district heating in a reliable, cost efficient and environmentally friendly way in Finland, Sweden and Estonia. Following the acquisition of Enycon AB, Adven will be able to offer district heating to customers in both the private and public sectors.
Delphi's team consisted of Per Granström (responsible partner), Rickard Isacson (project manager), Magnus Björkander, Fredrik Mörner, Erica Nobel, Daniel Drott, Frida Lager and Erika Hammar. In addition, Fredrik Nordlöf and Gustaf Bessfelt Juhlin have assisted in labor law issues.
