Delphi advises NASDAQ-listed Bel Fuse Inc on its acquisition of Gigacom Interconnect AB
Delphi advised Bel Fuse Inc, listed on NASDAQ New York, on its acquisition of Gigacom Interconnect AB. Bel Fuse is a high-technology company working with the design, marketing and sale of technology for networks, telecommunications, high-speed data transfer, commercial aviation, military and electronic consumer products. The Bel Fuse Inc group has over 5 000 employees and offices and manufacturing sites globally.
Marcus Nivinger headed up the Delphi team supported principally by Fredrik Mörner and Fredrik Jorstadius. The team also included partner, Paula Hogéus and Johan Wijk in the area of labour law.
