Delphi advisor to Addnode Group in the acquisition of IntraPhone
Addnode Group, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, acquires, operates and develops entrepreneur-driven companies that supply software and services in various markets, has entered into an agreement to acquire the software company IntraPhone. IntraPhone develops and provides mobile solutions for planning, registration and monitoring within home care for the Swedish social care and welfare sectors.
Provided that certain conditions are fulfilled, the parties intend to close the transaction on 1 April 2019.
The Delphi team includes Rickard Isacson, as responsible partner, Magnus Berterud and Christoffer Malmström.
