Delphi advisor to Eight Roads Ventures in the investment in Funnel Holding
Delphi has advised Eight Roads Ventures in connection with the USD 47 million series B investment round in Sweden-based marketing software company Funnel Holding AB.
Eight Roads was the lead investor, together with F-Prime Capital. Other investors include Balderton Capital, Industrifonden, Oxx, Kreos Capital, plus several other smaller investors.
Eight Roads is a global proprietary investment firm backed by Fidelity. For nearly fifty years, they have been using their global scale, expertise and market reach to build bold and disruptive businesses.
Funnel Holding AB is the holding company of the operating company Funnel AB, which provides marketing automation software to ecommerce companies, media agencies, brands, b2b businesses, mobile apps and gaming companies. The Funnel group of companies are situated in Sweden and the US, have approximately 130 employees and had an annual turnover of approximately SEK 50 million in 2018.
Delphi’s team consisted of Anders Lindström, Emma Dansbo, Hannah Gröndahl, Emmy Falck, Adam Odmark och Elin Broman.
