Delphi advisor to Obligo Investment Management AS (“Obligo”) in the divestment of real estate portfolios
Delphi has been legal advisor to Obligo Investment Management AS (“Obligo”) in the divestment of real estate portfolios with a total value of about NOK 22 billion to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe IV (“Blackstone”). Delphi has assisted with advice regarding the Swedish parts of the real estate portfolios and coordinated certain aspects concerning Finland and Latvia.Obligo will continue to manage a number of real estate portfolios acquired by Blackstone, as well as some real estate portfolios that are not included in the transaction and portfolios in Shipping, Private Equity and Infrastructure.
Obligo provides full management services, including asset management and investor relations services on behalf of institutional and private investors. Obligo manages more than 25 different investment structures within real estate, shipping, private equity and infrastructure.
