Kynningsrud sells properties
Kynningsrud has disposed of three properties and two site leaseholds in Stenungsund, Munkedal and Göteborg. Kynningsrud was represented by Delphi in the transaction. The firm’s team was headed by partner, Anders Hulegårdh in cooperation with Benjamin Onsjö and Eva Folkow.
The Kynningsrud group is a leading player in Norway and Sweden in the production and installation of concrete products and steel and the laying of foundations for all sorts of buildings. The Kynningsrud group develops and lets commercial properties.
The properties which have been sold are primarily fully let. The group intends to reinvest the proceeds in real estate development projects. Text och mer text.
