AIFM Group in extended cooperation with Hypoteket.

Sweden's first independent mortgage lender, Hypoteket, has extended its license and with that, its cooperation with AIFM Group. Hypoteket’s success in the Swedish mortgage market means that by the end of 2019, they applied to become an authorized AIF-manager. In connection with this, Hypoteket has chosen AIFM as provider of risk management services.
