Pamica AB, together with its co-investors, has signed an agreement with MedCap (publ) AB through its subsidiary Abilia to sell all shares in Somna AB. Pamica is a venture capital company that currently runs two PE funds, Pamica AB and Pamica 2 AB that are managed by AIFM Group’s subsidiary, AIFM Capital AB.
