AIFM Group announces collaboration with AuAg Fonder’s Eric Strand and FoF Asset Management.

AIFM Group has announced an exciting new collaboration with distinguished portfolio manager Eric Strand and FoF Asset Management. Together, they plan to bring bold, innovative funds that focus on precious metals and green-tech-elements to market.

The first product of this collaboration will be the launch of a brand new UCITS-fund, AuAg Silver Bullet. The fund, which portfolio manager Eric Strand describes as one of Sweden’s riskiest funds, will allow investors to gain exposure to global silver and gold miners. It will have a focused portfolio with 20-30 holdings and be the one and only UCITS-fund in Europe with special focus on silver miners.

AuAg Silver Bullet is a UCITS-fund managed by AIFM Capital AB, a subsidiary of AIFM Group (“AIFM”). AIFM will manage the fund under their authorization but will delegate portfolio management to FoF Asset Management (“FoF”). AIFM will assume full regulatory responsibility for the product, while FoF and Eric Strand will be responsible for the day-to-day trading and marketing of the fund. This collaboration allows FoF and the fund’s portfolio manager to focus solely on investment processes while AIFM handles all reporting, compliance, risk management and administrative duties. The AuAg Silver Bullet fund will be managed in accordance to Swedish and EU financial regulations.

AIFM Group (”AIFM”) har tillkännagivit ett nytt spännande samarbete med den meriterade portföljförvaltaren Eric Strand och värdepappersbolaget FoF Asset Management. Tillsammans planerar de att lansera nya fonder som fokuserar på ädelmetaller och green-tech-element till den svenska- och europeiska fondmarknaden.

Den första fonden inom samarbetet kommer att vara en helt ny värdepappersfond (UCITS), AuAg Silver Bullet. Fonden, som portföljförvaltare Eric strand beskriver som en av Sveriges mest riskfyllda fonder, kommer att göra det möjligt för investerare att få exponering mot globala silver-och guldgruvbolag. Fonden kommer att ha en fokuserad portfölj med 20-30 innehav och vara den första och enda värdepappersfonden i Europa med särskilt fokus på silver-gruvbolag.

AuAg Silver Bullet är en värdepappersfond som förvaltas av AIFM Capital AB, ett dotterbolag till AIFM Group AB med tillstånd av Finansinspektionen. AIFM kommer att förvalta fonden men kommer att delegera portföljförvaltning till FoF Asset Management ("FoF") och Eric Strand som fondförvaltare.
