Alma and Three Lakes Capital acquire new-build residential portfolio in Holbæk

Alma Property Partners (“Alma”) and Three Lakes Capital (“Three Lakes”) have acquired the recently completed residential properties Røllike Hus and Primula Hus in Holbæk Have, comprising 180 apartments and approximately 12,700 sqm of residential space in Holbæk, Denmark.

The acquisition represents the first collaboration between Alma and Three Lakes within the Danish residential sector.

Completed in 2024, the properties are DGNB Gold certified and comprise modern and efficient apartments centered around landscaped courtyards. All units feature either balconies or terraces, and the properties include 122 underground parking spaces.

The investment reflects the partners’ conviction in the long-term residential fundamentals of Holbæk, which has experienced strong population growth, increasing commuting flows towards Greater Copenhagen, and continued demand for modern rental housing.
