theHunter: Call of the Wild Is Out Now and Free for a Limited Time on Epic Games Store!
STOCKHOLM – November 25, 2021 – Expansive Worlds, a creative division within Avalanche Studios Group, is excited to share that the immersive hunting game theHunter: Call of the Wild is available now on Epic Games Store – and even better, players can get it for free until December 2!

Whether you’re getting ready for your first hunt, or want to experience the game on new platforms, now is the perfect time to jump in! In addition to launching on Epic Games Store, the game will also arrive on Windows Store, including Xbox Game Pass for PC, on November 30.
With the recent integration of Apex Connect – an Avalanche Studios Group-developed portal to in-game rewards and features – players can now enjoy the thrill of the hunt together with friends across Epic Games Store, Steam, and Windows Store.
Looking ahead, players will soon also get to hunt in an all-new hunting reserve. Releasing December 7 for PC and consoles, Mississippi Acres Preserve is based on the beautiful American Mississippi Delta and brings a wide range of exciting content for players to experience, including new species to hunt such as the American Alligator and Common Raccoon, a powerful new bolt-action rifle for small game hunting, and much more.
