Avy Launches Tenant Management Across the Nordics

Avy is taking the next step in the development of the future tenant platform. With the launch of Tenant Management, the company is bringing the entire tenant relationship into a single system – from the tenant app to comprehensive case management and communication tools for tenant engagement.

With nearly 500,000 connected apartments and millions of interactions, Avy has developed a unique understanding of tenants’ needs, behaviors, and expectations. This insight forms the foundation of the new initiative. Through its new group company, Audria, Avy has further strengthened its expertise in the field.

“Despite significant investments in digitalization, many housing companies still lack a system specifically built for managing tenant relationships. Property management systems are primarily designed for property development and operations. CRM platforms are built for customers in general. There is a gap between the two – and that is where Avy Tenant Management comes in,” says Joacim Gustafsson, CEO of Avy.

Avy now offers a platform where Tenant Experience and Tenant Management are seamlessly combined within a single ecosystem. This provides housing companies with a unified view of their tenants, while residents no longer need to navigate between multiple systems, apps, or self-service portals.

The first Tenant Management product to launch is a comprehensive case management solution that consolidates all tenant-related cases into one system, simplifying processes for both tenants and property managers. Demand has been strong even before launch, with several customers choosing to join early and already seeing opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce administration, and lower costs.

Artificial Intelligence is a core component of Tenant Management. Avy’s AI agents are trained on real estate industry dialogues and processes, helping housing companies automate workflows, accelerate communication, and deliver more relevant services to tenants.

“Our customers want to reduce complexity. They do not want to work across multiple systems to manage the same tenant journey. With Tenant Management, they can bring communication, customer data, case management, and service together in one platform built specifically for housing companies,” says Joacim Gustafsson.

The rollout of Tenant Management will take place gradually across the Nordic region, with Sweden as the first market during 2026. Finland will follow, with Denmark launching at a later stage.
