Axel Johnson International acquires Spanish steel wire rope and lifting equipment distributor Cables y Eslingas
With the acquisition of Cables y Eslingas, Axel Johnson International strengthens the market market position for its lifting, anchoring and cargo securing business and gains an important foothold in the Spanish market. An asset purchase agreement of the rights to the Cables y Eslingas brand and all interests in the distribution of lifting and steel wire ropes was signed April 29.
