AxFlow Acquires Jadler Industries - Further Strengthening Axel Johnson International’s Expansion in Canada
AxFlow, the fluid handling solutions group of Axel Johnson International, announces the acquisition of Jadler Industries, a leading Canadian provider of fluid handling systems and services based in Calgary, Alberta. This marks Axel Johnson International’s second acquisition in Canada in a short time and represents a key step in the group’s long-term strategy for geographic expansion.
Founded in 1981, Jadler Industries has built a solid reputation for delivering high-performance fluid handling products, engineered systems, and project management services across diverse industrial sectors. Its offering includes sanitary equipment, industrial instrumentation, and remote monitoring solutions, with strength in food & beverage and hygienic process industry applications, which account for approximately 50% of total sales. The acquisition of Jadler builds on AxFlow’s previous expansions into South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, and is part of Axel Johnson International’s broader strategy to grow in strategically important markets with strong cultural alignment and long-term potential. It strengthens the group’s presence in North America while supporting continuity with key suppliers and creating new opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
“This acquisition represents a highly strategic step for AxFlow, aligning with our long-term growth plan and allowing us to enter the Canadian market with strength and confidence,” said Ole Weiner, Managing Director at AxFlow Group. “Jadler Industries is a strong match for us, not only in terms of its product portfolio and customer base, but also through its turnkey system capabilities and proven expertise in fluid handling for industrial and hygienic applications. We look forward to building a scalable and thriving business in Canada together.”
“We are excited to join forces with AxFlow, a strategic partner that brings unmatched experience in fluid handling,” said Brad Smith, President and Partner of Jadler Industries. “This partnership creates new opportunities for Jadler’s continued growth in Canada. We look forward to leveraging AxFlow’s operational excellence in sales, supply chain, marketing, IT, and finance as we take Jadler to the next level.”
