Business Group Transport Solutions Expands French Market Presence with Strategic Acquisition of JPB22
To strengthen the presence in the French market, Axel Johnson International's business group Transport Solutions, through its company, L-EX, has acquired the cargo securing company JPB22. Based in La Mézière, JPB22 brings extensive expertise in lifting and securing systems, particularly in the Rennes region, strengthening L-EX's position within cargo securing solutions.
The acquisition expands the regional presence of L-EX as well as benefitting the existing customer base of JPB22, who will now have access to an expanded range of products and solutions, backed by L-EX’s infrastructure and expertise.
“JPB22 has earned a strong reputation in the region for its commitment to high-quality service and technical knowledge, especially in lifting and cargo securing systems,” says Peter Arvidsson, responsible for cargo securing in Transport Solutions at Axel Johnson International AB.
