Caroline Berg Appointed as New Board Member of Axel Johnson International

Axel Johnson International announced today that Caroline Berg, the fifth-generation owner and Board Chair of the family company Axel Johnson, which is also the owner company of Axel Johnson International, is joining the board. Caroline Berg brings extensive experience from the group and has previously held leadership positions in several of its subsidiaries.

Caroline Berg is well-known for her dedication and leadership skills. She has a solid background as a board member for several of Axel Johnson's companies, including Axfood, Axfast, Martin & Servera and Novax. Additionally, she has played a significant role as Board Chair of the Axel and Margaret Ax:son Johnson Foundation, the Erik and Göran Ennerfelt Foundation, and The Global Village/Järvaveckan. Her contributions and expertise also extend to human development and communication, where she previously served as Executive Vice President at Axel Johnson between 2006 and 2014. Caroline Berg also holds the title of honorary doctor at the Stockholm School of Economics.
