Certex Lifting Expands in Western Australia with Total Lifting & Rigging Acquisition
Lifting Solutions Group is strengthening its presence in Western Australia through the acquisition of Total Lifting & Rigging Pty Ltd (TLR). Based in Karratha, TLR is a leading provider of lifting and rigging equipment, serving key industries such as offshore, mining, logistics, and marine.
The acquisition enhances Certex Lifting's ability to serve the Pilbara region by complementing its existing operations in Port Hedland. TLR brings extensive product offerings, including lifting chains, wire rope slings, rigging hardware, and height safety equipment, along with strong customer relationships and local expertise.
“TLR’s market position and deep local connections make it an excellent fit for Certex Lifting Australia,” says David Walker, Managing Director of Certex Lifting Australia. “This acquisition strengthens our ability to support customers in one of Australia’s most critical industrial regions.”
The integration of TLR will improve operational efficiency and expand service coverage, including new areas such as Newman. Planned facility upgrades and logistics optimization will further enhance long-term growth and customer service.
“This move reinforces our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our customers while also expanding our reach through Certex Lifting Australia’s footprint in Australia,” says Frank Parish, Manager at Total Lifting & Rigging.
With this acquisition, Certex Lifting Australia continues its strategy of growth and investment, ensuring customers receive high-quality products and services across the region.
