Axel Johnson International announces that Linda Wikström has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective June 1. With a strong background in senior leadership, investments, and board roles across industrial and investment‑driven organizations, she will add valuable experience to the Board.

Linda has built a career spanning executive operations, M&A, and long‑term value creation. Most recently, she served as Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer at Cary Group. Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer positions at Desenio and AniCura, as well as earlier experience from Private Equity investing and M&A from Triton Partners and J.P.Morgan. Linda currently holds several board positions, including Coor, Citira, BST Group, and Acurum Group.

Her focus on leadership and culture, combined with experience in scaling businesses through acquisitions and translating strategy into execution in decentralized organizations, aligns well with Axel Johnson International’s business model and long‑term ambitions.

I am very pleased to welcome Linda to the Board. Her experience in developing businesses in decentralized environments will be highly relevant as Axel Johnson International continues to grow.
