Tinex and Bell, the Slovenian companies within Axel Johnson International’s business group Power Transmission Solutions (“PTS”), merge on September 26, and will be operating under the new name Tinex & Bell d.o.o. The companies have served the same market for many years, and consolidating into one strong unit will strengthen the customer offering and improve market position in the Adriatic region.
Tinex and Bell are two well-established power transmission companies in Slovenia and have successfully served the industry for the last 35 years. Joining forces combines the expertise of both companies. Tinex, with its broad product offering centred around bearings, mechanical power transmission technology and sealing solutions, and Bell’s deep expertise in bearings and power transmission components and services. Together, the companies will have a leading market position in the region, offering a comprehensive product and service portfolio to customers.
This strategic merger aligns with PTS’s growth strategy and enables a stronger market presence in the Adriatic region. Combining resources will enhance the capabilities of both companies and increase operational efficiency in several areas. Uroš Frantar, currently Managing Director of Tinex will step into the new role as Managing Director of Tinex & Bell, supported by Boštjan Stanko as Chief Operating Officer. The operations will continue from the current premises in Šenčur and Miklavž with the same team and daily processes, ensuring customers receive the same outstanding service provided for many years.
“This year has been full of challenges, and we are delighted to have successfully completed our largest joint project. Our excellent team of employees, supported by renowned suppliers, is the foundation for our continued growth in sales and service activities in the wider region”, says Uroš Frantar and Boštjan Stanko.
