Bird & Bird advises Vitruvian Partners on their investment in Outpost24

International law firm Bird & Bird assisted international investment firm Vitruvian Partners when they acquired a majority ownership position in Swedish cyber risk management SaaS platform Outpost24 from the Nordic growth investor Monterro.
