We don’t want you to be left without the Zurich Marató Barcelona! The new marathon is going ahead strongly for 2021 and offers you the Virtual 42/7 Zurich Marató Barcelona challenge in the meantime.

Our lives have changed and our everyday routine has been affected, but that has not stopped us from getting ready and going outside to practice the open-air sport we like the most: running. The Zurich Marató Barcelona has also renewed itself and is back even stronger, reflected by the new image that reflects the magic of our city.

Although it is still too soon to physically line up at the start in Montjuîc, today -more than ever- we want to celebrate the feeling of freedom felt by running in the open air.

A global change starts with a first individual step: Accept the challenge! Run through your favourite places and do your best to beat your time for the legendary distance of 42.195 kilometres over 7 days!

From November 8th to 15th, run the 42.195 km as you please, either in just one day or over several days, until November 15th (inclusive). Run the kilometres that suit you best… this is a marathon to be run where you want, as you want, and when you want.
